摘    要:在实验室研究了多产液化气和柴油的MGD工艺专用RGD催化剂积炭行为及积炭对MGD工艺增产柴油的影响。结果表明,催化剂上的炭沉积在微孔内或者孔道连接处,但未堵塞孔道,它改变了催化剂的酸性质和孔结构。模拟MGD工艺的试验结果表明,催化剂上微量积炭提高了柴油选择性,改善了汽油质量,使汽油中烯烃含量下降。

Abstract:RGD is a special catalyst for enhancing LCO and LPG production in MGD process. Study of the behavior of RGD catalyst coke deposition and the effect of the deposited coke on enhancing LCO yield in MGD process was carried out in laboratory. The results showed that the coke mainly deposited into the micropores or the connections of the pore channels, however, the pore channels were not blocked. The deposited coke altered the acidity and the pore structure of the catalyst. Simulation test of MGD indicated that small amount coke increased the selectivity of LCO, improved the quality of naphtha, and reduced the olefin content of naphtha.
