压力传感器的非线性校正和迟滞补偿

摘    要:针对压力传感器在桥梁支座压剪机应用中的非线性和迟滞现象,对其进行了分析,并采用最小二乘法对传感器输出信号进行非线性校正,然后利用函数校正法进行迟滞补偿。实验表明,该方法可以有效实现压力传感器的非线性校正和迟滞补偿。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems on the non-linearity and hysteresis of pressure sensor used in bearing load-shear test machine of bridge which the non-linearity of capacitive pressure sensor signal and the hysteresis problem was analyzed. Using the least square method to correct the non-linearity of sensor output signal and using function correction method for hysteresis compensation. The results show that the method can correct the non-linearity and hysteresis.
