摘    要:提出了由多电平变换器、高频变压器、输出周波变换器等构成的推挽式高频链三电平AC/AC变换器电路拓扑,有电路简洁、两级功率变换、双向功率流、高频电气隔离的特点,能够将不稳定畸变的交流电变换成同频率稳定的正弦交流电,为实现新型电子变压器、正弦交流稳压器和交流调压器提供了技术基础。分析了该变换器的工作模式、稳态原理与电压瞬时值反馈控制策略,给出了变换器外特性公式,得出了可以减小滤波电感并能降低主开关管电压应力等结论,通过PSPICE仿真证实了该变换器的正确性和先进性。

Abstract:The paper put forward the circuit topology of 3-level AC/AC converter with push pull type and high frequency chain, which consists of multi-level converter, high frequency transformer, output cycle converter, and has the characteristics of simple circuit, two level power transformation, two-way power flow, the electrical isolation of high frequency. The converter can convert the alternating current with instability distortion to the steady sine alternating current with same frequency, which offered the technical foundation for realizing new electronic transformer, sine alternating voltage regulator and AC voltage regulator. The paper analyzed the working pattern, the principle of stable state and the feedback control strategy of instantaneous voltage value of this converter, gave the external characteristic formula of converter, and came to the conclusion of reducing filter inductance and voltage stress of main switch. The correctness and advanced stage of this converter were verified through PSPICE simulation.
