Ni-P/纳米TiO2复合镀层的抗菌性能研究

摘    要:为了改善复合镀层的抗菌性能,以纳米TiO2作为分散相粒子,经超声分散加表面活性剂复合分散后制成N i-P纳米TiO2复合镀液,在低碳钢Q235A镀片上进行施镀,用平板菌落计数法对镀层进行抗大肠杆菌和抗金黄色葡萄球菌的实验,结果表明:镀层中TiO2含量为4.77%时,对大肠杆菌的抗菌率可达98.1%;对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达92.9%。

Abstract:Electroless Ni-P/ nano-TiO_2 hybrid coating have been prepared by using nano-TiO_2 as a dispersed partial phase.The antibacterial performance of the coating were proved by the antibacterial test of the previously prepared nano-TiO_2 partial and the obtained coating afterward.Research shows that when the content of nano-TiO_2 partial in the hybrid coating reaches 4.77% in hybrid coating,the antibacterial rate arrives at 95.1% against Escherichia coli and 92.9% against Staphylococcus aureus.
