新型仿24K金稀土铜合金粉的研制

摘    要:研制新型仿24K金稀土铜合金粉材料。通过半工业性试验得到的仿24K金稀土铜金粉的成分范围:Zn,20%~27%;Al.0.5%-2.0%;Ni,0.5%-2.0%;Sn,0.1%~0.25%;In,0.2%~0.5%;Si,0.2%~1.5%;Re,0.1%~0.3%;Cu.余量。台金元素In,Re,Al和Si对提高合金的颜色和光泽度有贡献。稀土古量为0.15%时,合金在人工汗水中可达到130h不变色。稀土元素还可提高合金的亮度。研制的仿24K金稀土铜合金具有良好的加工性能。

Abstract:A new rare-earth copper alloy powder for 24K gold imitation is prepared. The optimal composition of the new alloy produced in the pilot experiment is Zn 20 % - 27 %, Al 0.5 % - 2.0 %, Ni 0.5 % - 2.0 %, Sn 0.1% 0.25%, In0.2%-0,5%, Si0.2%-1.5%, Re0.1%-0.3%, Cutherest. In, Re, Al and Si as alloying elements provide somewhat effect on improvement of the color, metallic gloss of the 24K gold imitation rareearth copper alloy powder. The color of the alloy with 0.15% rare-earth content is kept for 130h in man-made sweat liquor. The brightness of the alloy is also increased by the alloying element of Re. The new rare-earth copper alloy for 24K gold imitation has excellent deformability.
