芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭心功能及血清尿酸的影响

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心功能及血清尿酸的影响。方法将80例CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规西药治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊,2组疗程均为15d。观察2组中医证候疗效、心功能疗效、心功能和血清尿酸水平变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效、心功能疗效均优于对照组;2组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量均较本组治疗前升高(P0.05);治疗组治疗后LVEF、心输出量高于对照组(P0.05);2组治疗后血清尿酸水平均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),治疗组治疗后血清尿酸水平低于对组(P0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF可缓解临床症状,改善心功能,并能降低血清尿酸水平。

Observation of Qili Qiangxin capsule on cardiac function and serum uric acid in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule on cardiac function and serum uric acid in patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 80 cases of CHF were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n = 40） were treated by combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and routine therapy.The course was 15 days in two groups.The effect of Chinese medicine syndromes and cardiac function,changes of cardiac function and serum uric acid were recorded.Results There was obvious difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.The effect of Chinese medicine syndromes and cardiac function in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.LVEF and cardiac output after treatment was increased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.LVEF and cardiac output in treatment group was higher than that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule can relieve symptoms,improve cardiac function and reduce serum uric acid.
