盐酸贝尼地平治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效观察

目的:观察盐酸贝尼地平与吲哒帕胺治疗老年收缩期高血压的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择142例收缩压>150 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),舒张压<90 mm Hg的老年高血压患者,随机分为两组,分别给予盐酸贝尼地平2 mg或吲哒帕胺1.5 mg,1次/d口服,用药4周后对患者血压进行评价。如果患者收缩压仍>150 mm Hg,则贝尼地平剂量加倍,吲哒帕胺组加服培哚普利4 mg口服,直至8周治疗观察结束。治疗4周后舒张压<140 mm Hg的患者维持口服剂量继续治疗至第8周。2周一次门诊监测血压变化及安全性。结果:①血压下降幅度:盐酸贝尼地平组平均坐位收缩压下降幅度较吲哒帕胺组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②血压控制率(血压<140/90 mm Hg):盐酸贝尼地平组与吲哒帕胺组分别为87.5%及73%(P<0.05),前者优于后者;③与治疗有关的不良事件发生率分别为8.2%和12.7%(P<0.05),盐酸贝尼地平组不良反应发生率低。结论:盐酸贝尼地平每日口服2 mg能平稳控制老年性高血压,不良反应极少。

Clinical efficacy of Benidipine Hydrochloride in treating the patients with systolic hypertension in elderly

Objective To evaluate the clinical results and sat＇cry of Benidipine Hydrochloride （BIt） and Indapamide （IN） in the treat- mei, t of systolic hypertension in elderly （SHE）. Method 142 patients （ SBP 〉 150 mm Hg, DBP 〈 90 mm Hg, 1 mm Hg = 0. 133 kPa） with SHE were randomly divided into two groups （the BH group and IN group） ,each was asked to take BH 2 mg or IN 1.5 mg once a day,for font weeks. If then the SBP was still more than 150 mm tlg,double of BH or perindoprll 4rag would be added;ff the DBP was less than 140 nun llg,they continued as it was, until the eighth week. At the same time, the out -patient department monitored the change of the pressnre and safety once in two days. Results ~）The group BH＇average value of SBP was statistically significantly lower than group IN. The differ- ence was significaitt （ P 〈 0. 05） ,（~） The control rate of pressure （ lower than 140/90mmHg） was 87. 5 percent or 73 percent （ P 〈 0. 05 ） separately,the BIt was superior to the IN ,：3@ The incidence rate of untoward effects about this treatment,group Bil and group IN, each was 8.2 percent o,＂ 12.7 percent （P 〈0.05）. It was evident that BH was an more effective approach for treatment of SHE. Conclusion Taking BH 2rag everyday can stably control SHE and there are less side effects.
