无锡市城区居民乙肝知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解无锡市城区居民的乙肝基本知识知晓情况,探讨有针对性开展乙肝防病健康教育策略。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,选取无锡市2个社区居委会为调查点,对20岁以上成人居民进行入户问卷调查。结果居民对乙肝是传染病、接种疫苗可预防乙肝的知晓率较高（〉80%）,而对乙肝传播途径中水和食物、性接触的知晓率较低（〈50%）。低年龄组、高文化程度得分高于高年龄组、低文化程度;医务和科技人员的均分最高,农民和其他职业的均分最低。知识来源为报刊的最多、网络的最少。结论无锡市城区居民总体乙肝知识的知晓程度参差不齐,应加强针对低知晓率人群的乙肝知识健康教育。

Survey on awareness rate of knowledge related to hepatitis B among residents in Wuxi City

Objective To learn the awareness rate of knowledge related to hepatitis B among residents in Wuxi City,and explore the strategies of health education and health promotion for hepatitis B prevention.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among residents,aged over 20 years,selected from 2 communities of resi dents＇committee by cluster sampling.Results The awareness rate about two questions were more than 80%.The two questions were that hepatitis B was a infectious disease and that hepatitis B vaccination can prevent disease.The awareness rates of hepatitis B transmission,such as water,food and sexual contact were less than 50%.Scores of low age group and high education level group were higher than those of high age group and low education level group.The average score of medical workers and technical personnels were the highest.the peasants and other occupation were the lowest.The knowledge was got mainly from newspapers.Conclusion Health education of hepatitis B knowledge is necessary for population with less health knowledge.
