云南电网与南方电网主网异步联网实施阶段的系统风险分析

摘    要:云南电网与南方电网主网异步联网实施期间,系统稳定特性将会发生显著变化。异步联网实施期间云南电力送出断面需要断开不同的500 k V交流联络线,同时由于鲁西背靠背直流、永富直流工程投产时间的不确定性,不同的异步联网过渡方案将影响电力系统的安全稳定。为了降低系统运行风险,本文提出了异步联网工程实施阶段的过渡运行方式,分析了系统稳定特性的变化规律,重点研究了电力系统稳定控制的系统适应性、第三道防线的配置、鲁西背靠背和永富直流的工程调试等方面,为提高电力系统安全稳定水平提出了合理建议。

Abstract:During the implementation of the asynchronous interconnection of Yunnan Power Grid and the main grid of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), the system stability characteristics will change dramatically. In the implementation periods, power transmission section of Yunnan needs to be disconnected with different 500 kV AC tie lines, moreover, since the times of Luxi Back-to-back HVDC and Yongfu HVDC project being put into operation are uncertain, different asynchronous interconnection interim schemes have influence on the security and stability of the power system. In order to reduce the risk of system operation , this paper proposes interim operation modes for the implementation stage of the asynchronous interconnection projects and analyzes the corrsponding stability characteristics, with a focus on electric power system stability control system adaptability, configuration of the third line of defence, and engineering commissioning of Luxi Back-to-back HVDC and Yongfu HVDC projects, etc, effective suggestions are provided to improve the security and stability level of the power system.
