异步联网后云南电网的稳定特性与控制措施

摘    要:与主网异步联网后云南电网独立运行,系统容量小、抗扰动能力差的特性凸显,直流极闭锁后存在功角稳定及系统高频等稳定问题,大机组跳闸存在低频问题。对异步联网后云南电网的稳定特性尤其是频率稳定特性进行了分析,通过仿真对五种稳定控制措施组合的效果进行了对比分析和评估,最后提出了高频问题通过稳控切机+FLC配合解决,低频问题通过FLC减少直流功率或切负荷解决的控制方案。

Abstract:Yunnan Power Grid is planned to operate asynchronously with the main grid of China Southern Power Grid (CSG). When the time comes, the anti interference ability of Yunnan Power Grid will be poor since it has a small system capacity and operates independently There might be power angel problems and high frequency stability problems after DC system is blocked, and low frequency problems after large generators are tripped. This paper analyzes the stability characteristics of Yunnan Power Grid after asynchronous interconnection with CSG, also analyzes and assesses the effects of five stability control measures groups through simulation and comparison, finally proposes control measures such as generator tripping combined with FLC for high frequency problems, and decreasing DC power through FLC and shedding load for low frequency problems
