摘    要:瓦斯爆炸是煤矿生产中的恶性事故,它不仅严重影响煤炭工业的正常生产,更造成巨大的生命财产损失。煤矿井下瓦斯爆炸与井上天气变化关系密切,本文根据山西省晋中市1995~2009年煤矿重特大瓦斯爆炸事故发生时的瓦斯浓度与气象影响因子数据和2009年7月20日到2011年3月10日11个中型煤矿井下逐日、逐小时瓦斯浓度监测资与气象资料,利用统计学的方法,确定了煤矿瓦斯的主要气象诱因为前一日风向风速的变化、前1~2日气温变化和前2日气压变化,建立了煤矿瓦斯浓度与影响因子的关系模型,构建了山西省煤矿瓦斯气象预报预警系统,建立了井下自然通风区瓦斯积聚的预报模式,可提前预报煤矿瓦斯浓度变化趋势,警示煤矿管理人员及时加大通风,搞好预防措施,避免事故发生,创建了气象为煤矿安全服务的新模式。

Abstract:Coal Mine gas explosion in a coal mine production is serious accident, it not only seriously affect the normal production of the coal industry, more huge life and property loss. it is closely related to weather changes. In this paper, according to the Jinzhong city, Shanxi Province in 1995 ~ 2009 colliery gas explosion accident of gas concentration and meteorological data and the affecting factors from July 20, 2009 to March 10, 2011 in11 the medium gas concentrated coal mine. By method of statistics, the main meteorological factors for coal mine gas was identified which are the wind speed of 1 day before, temperature change of 1 ~ 2 days before and pressure change of 2 days before. The model of the relationship between coal mine gas concentration and influential factors is established. The coal mine gas meteorological forecast warning system in Shanxi Province is constructed and the prediction model of gas accumulation which can be early warning of coal mine gas concentration trend and density to warn the administrators to focus on ventilation and reduce the accident. It can be a new mode of meteorological service for coal mine security.
