钢结构焊缝连接腐蚀后性能研究

摘    要:采用湿热法加速腐蚀方法获得对焊腐蚀试件,借助显微法检测出腐蚀后焊缝表面蚀坑深度,利用腐蚀损伤度和局部腐蚀深度解决了焊缝表面蚀坑的表征问题.通过对接焊缝连接性能的试验,建立了腐蚀损伤度、局部腐蚀深度与连接性能之间的关系.

Abstract:Firstly,the wet heating treatment accelerating corrosion was used to obtain corrosion specimens.Secondly,microscope was used to detect the depth of local corrosion.Finally,the depth of local corrosion and the surface corrosion damage ratio were used to describe the surface characteristics of the corrosion pit for welding.By the performance test of butt weld connection,the relationships between the corrosion damage ratio,the depth of local corrosion and the connection performance were obtained.
