糖耐量减低患者治疗前后血糖水平的动态变化

目的:探讨糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)患者血糖漂移变化的特征。方法:选取40例新诊断的IGT患者采用动态血糖监测系统(Continuous glucose monitoring system,CGMS)对其治疗前后均进行连续3d的血糖监测,进行自身前后对照分析。结果:上述患者经2周治疗后,糖代谢紊乱明显缓解。40例患者治疗前后平均血糖值(7.8±1.3)mmol/L对(6.5±1.2)mmol/L](P<0.05);日内血糖峰值(9.4±1.5)mmol/L对(7.4±1.4)mmol/L](P<0.05)。治疗后血糖>7.8mmol/L及8.9mmol/L的时间百分比与治疗前比较均显著降低13(0~29)%对5(0~21)%,6(0~18)%对2(0~13)%,P<0.05]。结论:动态血糖监测能评估IGT患者血糖漂移变化的特征,有利于指导制定针对性的干预治疗方案。

Dynamic changes of glycemic excursions before and after treatment in patients with impaired glucose tolerance

Objective To study the characteristics of glycemic excursions in patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Method The glycemic excursions in 40 newly diagnosed IGT patients before and after treatment were determined by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) for 3 days.Before-after study in the same patient was applied.Results After 2 weeks' treatment,the glycemic excursions and trends of 40 patients with IGT were markedly lowered.There were significant differences(P<0.05) in average glycemic values (7.8±1.3)mmol/L vs.(6.5±1.2)mmol/L],the daily glycemic peaks(9.4±1.5)mmol/L vs.(7.4±1.4)mmol/L].The percentage of time spent in hyperglycemia above 7.8 and 8.9mmol/L were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05) in the patients13(0~29)% vs.5(0~21)%,6(0~18)% vs.2(0~13)%,respectively.Conclusion CGMS may have a potential for evaluating the characteristics of glucose excursions in patients with IGT and help instructing the development of rational treatment program.
