电解锰浸出液的助沉作用研究

摘    要:对电解锰中性和酸性浸出液中的锰渣进行粒度组成、Zeta电位和润湿性的分析,了解到中性和酸性浸出液中的锰渣粒度小,Zeta电位较大,锰渣表面亲水,导致了浸出液难沉降的特性。因此选择硫酸铝、聚氯化铝和阳离子1500万、阴离子2100万、非离子1500万聚丙烯酰胺5种药剂作为助沉剂,进行中性和酸性浸出液的沉降试验,试验结果表明,浸出液中加入硫酸铝和聚氯化铝,效果不明显,加入聚丙烯酰胺,沉降速度明显提升,上清液吸光度增大。在3种聚丙烯酰胺中,阳离子和非离子聚丙烯酰胺效果最好,所以阳离子和非离子聚丙烯酰胺可以作为电解锰浸出液的助沉剂。

Abstract:This article is mainly studied on the properties of manganese slag in electrolytic manganese neutral leaching solution and acidic leaching solution, the results show that manganese slag is characterized by small particle size, high zeta potential and hydrophilic surface which result in difficult settlement of the solution. Aluminium, poly-aluminum chloride, APAM, CPAM, NPAM are selected as precipitating aid agent to settlement test adding into neutral leaching solution and acidic leaching solution. The experimental results demonstrate that adding aluminium , poly-aluminum chloride into leach solution to increase the settlement effect is not obvious, while adding PAM into the leach solution did a significant improvement, the speed of settlement and the transparency of supernatant increased. Of the three PAMs ,CPAM and NPAM have a better effect. so,CPAM and NPAM can be the precipitating aid agent of electrolytic manganese leaching solution.
