| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨醋柳黄酮对原发性高血压患者血管内皮依赖性一氧化氮、内皮素的影响。方法：据纳入和排除标准将合格的原发性高血压患者，随机分配入两组各39例，予醋柳黄酮和对照药依那普利治疗6周，动态观察血压及一氧化氮、内皮素变化。结果：原发性高血压患者一氧化氮水平降低，内皮素升高，均与血压相关。治疗6周后两组患者的一氧化氮水平均升高，以醋柳黄酮更明显；内皮素水平降低。其变化幅度与血压变化幅度无相关性。结论：醋柳黄酮具有改善一氧化氮、内皮素合成，纠正内皮功能不良的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To identify the effect of the total flavones of hippophae rhamnoides L.(TFH) on vascular endothelium related nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in patients with hypertension.Method:According to digital random table,78 eligible hypertensives to WHO/ISHcriteria (1999) were randomized into TFH and enalapril groups.Blood pressure,NO and ET were examined before and after trial.With six weeks treatment of these two medicines.Results:In patients with hypertension,NO level is lower than that of normal but plasma ET is higher.In the end of six weeks trial,NO level was increased in both groups,especially higher in TFH with statistical difference.Plasma ET was decreased with the same changes in two groups.But these changes were not correlated with the effect of anti-hypertension.Conclusion:TFH has effect on NO promotion and ET inhibition in patients with hypertension. |
