SOX方案与FOLFOX4方案治疗进展期胃癌临床效果和安全性

目的探讨SOX（维康达＋奥沙利铂）方案与FOLFOX4（氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙＋奥沙利铂）方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取韶关市粤北人民医院2009年6月-2011年6月收治的100例进展期胃癌患者作为临床研究对象,应用随机数字表法将本研究入组患者分为试验组和对照组,每组均50例患者。对照组患者采用FOLFOX4方案治疗,试验组患者采用SOX方案。观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果试验组的总有效率为50.00%,对照组的总有效率为38.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。白细胞低、心脏毒性的不良反应发生率低于FOLFOX4方案,但SOX方案中的恶心呕吐不良反应发生率高于FOLFOX4方案,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 SOX方案在治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和安全性总体来说是优于FOLFOX4方案,值得在临床上推广。

Research on clinical efficacy and safety of adanced gastric cancer patients by SOX scheme and FOLFOX4 scheme

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of adanced gastric cancer patients by SOX scheme and FOLFOX4 scheme.Methods One hundred patients with adanced gastric cancer who were treated in the north Guangdong People＇s Hospital in Shaoguan City from June 2009 to June 2011 were collected,then patients with adanced gastric cancer were divided into the control group（cases=50） and the experimental group（cases=50） by ran dom number table,patients with adanced gastric cancer in the control group was given FOLFOX4 scheme,but patients with adanced gastric cancer in the experimental group was given SOX scheme,the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction of each group was evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（50.00% vs 38.00%）,the rate of low leucocyte and cardiotoxicity of the control group by SOX scheme were lower than that in the experimental group by FOLFOX4 scheme（P 0.05）,but the rate of nausea and vomiting of the control group by SOX scheme were higher than that in the experimental group by FOLFOX4 scheme（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of adanced gastric cancer patients by SOX scheme is superior to FOLFOX4 scheme′,it is worthy of clinical application.
