中厚板精轧机轧制力预报综合模型研究

摘    要:为提高中厚板精轧机轧制力的预报精度,建立了Sims公式简化式与人工神经网络相结合的轧制力预报综合模型。以3 000 mm中厚板精轧机实测数据为基础,用Sims公式简化式计算轧制力主值,利用MAT-LAB人工神经网络工具箱,建立BP神经网络模型预报轧制力的偏差值,用提前结束的方法来训练网络。模型的综合采用加法和乘法两种方式。结果表明,与单独采用Sims公式简化式相比,综合模型的预报精度提高很多,而且加法网络算法的预报效果比乘法网络算法更好。

Abstract:In order to improve the prediction of the medium plate rolling force,simplified formula of Sims is combined with artificial neural network to build a comprehensive model to predict the rolling force with addition and multiplication algorithm networks.Based on large-scale testing field data of the 3 000 mm medium plate,BP model of the rolling force is established by using MATLAB toolbox and the BP network is trained with the ending method.The results show that the rolling force prediction with the comprehensive model is more accurate than with simplified formula of the Sims and the prediction using addition algorithm network is better than that using multiplication algorithm network.
