基于FOCAS的模具EDM零件加工优先级设定研究

摘    要:针对模具加工自动线生产流程中所遇到的多个模具零件同时到达EDM加工环节的问题,提出计算电极的程序完成进度率实时监测模具电极数控加工进度的方法。采用FOCAS技术利用C#语言调用FOCAS相关函数对FANUC系统0i系列数控机床进行NC程序下载和已经运行完成的程序行数等数据采集;基于采集所得数据,建立SQL Server数据库对数据进行及时存储;结合自动线流程中的约束情况,提出模具零件加工优先级计算方案,连接MES系统数据库和SQL Server数据库获取相关数据,通过比较EDM机床数量、电极齐套率、电极程序完成进度率等,对相关数据进行冒泡排序进而确定模具零件的优先级数,从而设定模具零件加工的先后顺序。在某模具企业验证了该方案的可行性,并取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of multiple mould parts reaching the EDM processing link at the same time in the production process of the automatic mould processing line,a method of calculating the program completion progress rate of the electrode and real-time monitoring the CNC machining progress of the mould electrode was proposed.Using FOCAS technology and C# language to call FOCAS related functions,the related functions were used to download NC programs and collect data such as the number of completed program lines for FANUC system 0i series CNC machine tools.Based on the collected data,a SQL Server database was established to store the data in time.Combined with the constraints in the automatic line process,a priority calculation scheme for mould parts processing was proposed.The MES system database and SQL Server database were connected to obtain relevant data.Through comparing the number of EDM machine tool,electrode completion rate,schedule rate of electrode process,the relevant data was bubbled and sorted to determine the priority number of mould parts,thereby setting the order of mould parts processing.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme was verified in a mould enterprise and good application results were obtained.
