摘    要:目的 探讨3种充填材料修复老年人后牙重度磨损的疗效.方法 98例后牙重度磨耗的老年患者(患牙108颗)随机分为3组治疗:A组:玻璃离子水门汀充填患牙40颗;B组:复合树脂充填患牙36颗;C组:瓷嵌体修复患牙32颗.12个月后复诊,评价并比较三组疗效.结果 A成功率为60.0%,B组成功率为66.7%,C组成功率为87.5%;C组的疗效优于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 瓷嵌体修复老年人后牙重度磨耗的临床效果好,可在临床上推广.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of three kinds of filling material to repair the severe attrition on molar teeth of the aged people. Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with severe attrition on molar teeth were randomly divided into three groups: group A: glass ion cement filling with teeth; group B: composite resin filling with teeth; group C: porcelain inlay repairing with teeth. The clinical effects were evaluated and compared after 12 months. Results The success rate was 87.5% of group C, significantly higher than 60.0% of group A and 66.7% of group B (both P〈0.05). Conclusions The porcelain inlay to repair the severe attrition on molar teeth of the aged peo- ple has good clinical effect and is worthy of wider clinical application.
