| 摘 要： | 本文对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群水平进行了研究。结果表明，与对照组相比，慢性乙肝患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＥ３％＝，ＣＤ＾＋４明显下降，而ＣＤ＾＋８增高及ＣＤ＾＋４／ＣＤ＾＋８比值下降尚未达到显著性水平，进一步分析结果提示，慢性乙肝患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的这种变化仅与机体是否感染ＨＢＶ有密切关系，而与机体感ＨＢＶ后所表现的临床类型，免疫反应产生的ＨＢＶＭ组合模式以及ＨＢＶ在体内复制的活跃
