摘    要:目的 分析安徽省当涂县2006~2012 年血吸虫病疫情变化,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法 收集整理2006~2012 年当涂县血吸虫病病情和螺情年报及疫情监测点资料。结果 2006~2012 年人群血检阳性率、急感病例数、耕牛感染率总体呈现逐年下降趋势,耕牛存栏数有较大幅度的减少,钉螺面积变化不大,活螺密度、感染螺密度及钉螺感染率同样呈现逐年下降趋势。结论 通过实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治措施,当涂县血吸虫病病情得到了较好的控制,但有螺面积徘徊不降,提示今后要加大综合治理灭螺力度,提高灭螺效果。

Abstract:Objective To analyze endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Dangtu county , Anhui Province from 2006 to 2012, and provide basis for schistosomiasis control strategy. Methods Annual reports of the prevalence of schistosomiasis and snail condition were collected from 2006 to 2012 in Dangtu County. Results The positive rate of blood test , acute schistosomiasis cases, the infection rate of cattle decreased year by year, and cattle herds reduced dramatically, the area of snail distribution only decreased slightly. The density of living snails and infected snails, and the infection rate of snails also decreased year by year. Conclusions The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Dangtu County had been controlled effectively by carrying out comprehensive control measures with emphasis on infectious source control. The snail areas was stabile in the years, which suggested that comprehensive measures for snail control should be strengthened and the effect of snail control should be improved.
