摘    要:以土力学及塑性力学理论为基础,深入分析了盾构刀具的切削机理,基于朗肯理论提出一种细化的刀具载荷的计算方法。通过建立切削刀不同部位与土相互作用的力学模型,推导出切削刀切削土体过程中切削阻力的表达式,并通过实例计算对切削刀所受的切削载荷进行了量化研究,为切削型刀具的地质适应性设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The cutterhead and cutting tools of the shield machine are key technologies in design and production,which have not been mastered.By using soil mechanics and plasticity mechanics theory, this paper analyzes in-depth the cutting mechanism of shield cutters,and describes a detailed computation of cutter load based on the Rankine theory.By using dynamic models of different parts of cutter interaction with the soil,numerical models of cutting resistance in the process of cutting soil were set up.The result is a...
