加氢装置异径冷油三通裂纹产生原因分析

摘    要:沧州分公司汽柴油加氢精制装置的进料冷油线异径三通在运行 10个月后出现裂纹 ,三通材质为0Cr18Ni9Ti。分析检测表明 ,其化学成分及力学性能符合国家标准 ,三通开裂除所处环境因素外 ,主要是由于管件内表面加工粗糙造成应力集中 ,同时材料中存在铸造组织和冷加工残余应力 ,从而造成疲劳断裂。建议更换同批管件 ,并应加强物料脱水工艺管理 ,停工期间对管道应进行氮封保护

Abstract:Cracks appeared on the 0Cr18Ni9Ti reducing tees on the cold feed oil lines of gasoline and diesel oil hydrotreating unit after 10 months' operation. The analysis showed that the chemical composition and mechanism performance were within the national standard specifications. The cracking was the fatigue cracking attributed to, in addition to the environmental factors, the stress concentration due to the rough internal surface, residue stress in the material structure and cold working. It is suggested that the pipe fittings be replaced in addition to the strengthened management of dewatering of process streams and nitrogen protection of the pipelines during the shutdown.
