乳酸基葛根素衍生物生物活性初步研究

摘    要:目的研究乳酸基葛根素衍生物在抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常等方面的生物活性。方法采用SD大鼠和KM小鼠,分别考察乳酸基葛根素对垂体后叶素致心肌缺血T波幅度和氯仿致心律失常小鼠的心室纤颤阳性率,以及对高血脂大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果乳酸基葛根素衍生物能显著对抗大鼠心肌缺血和小鼠心律失常,可显著改善急性高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学相关指标,生物活性优于葛根素。结论乳酸基葛根素衍生物是一种活性较高的抗心肌缺血和抗心律失常的葛根素衍生物,具有较好的临床应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To observe the biological activities of lactyl puerarin derivative(LA-Pur) in the aspects of anti-myocardial ischemia and anti-arrhythmia.Methods SD rats and KM mice were adopted to establish the myocardial ischemia model by injecting pituitrin from tail vein,the chloroform-induced arrhythmia model and the hyperlipidemia by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine respectively.The influence between puerarin and LA-Pur on each model were observed and compared.Results LA-Pur had significant antagonistic action on rat myocardial ischemia and mouse arrhythmia,could significantly improve the relative hemorheological indexes in hyperlipidemia rat,its biological activities were superior to puerarin.Conclusion LA-Pur is a higher active anti-myocardial ischemia and antiarrhythmia puerarin derivative and has better clinical application prospect.
