导弹气动热防护材料设计

摘    要:以低温消融吸热/隔热机理为理论指导。研究一种特定耐热等级的气动热防护材料。通过配方设计。确定以环氧改性有机硅树脂为基体。以硼酸盐等为体质填料,按一定配比配制一种新型气动热防护涂料。试验证明,该涂料制备的气动热防护涂层具有良好的热防护性能,涂层在试验过程中形态未发生破坏。

Abstract:According to the low temperature melting decalescence/heat insulation mechanism, a given grade aero-dynamic heat-resistant coating was studied in this paper. Based on analysis and test, the silicone matrix resins modified by epoxy and borate etc was selected, which were confected an aero-dynamic heat-resist coating. The coating owns excellent performance and its shape was hold in the test.
