ASPEN模拟反应精馏生产醋酸甲酯及工业化探讨

摘    要:采用Aspen Plus软件模拟催化反应精馏生产醋酸甲酯的工艺过程。考察操作压力、醋酸进料位置、回流比和醋酸/甲醇进料比对反应精馏塔塔顶醋酸甲酯纯度的影响。得出反应精馏塔优化操作条件为:操作压力1atm、醋酸在第5块板进料、回流比为1.9、酸醇比为1.6。在模拟计算的基础上,初步探讨工业化装置设计的技术关键点。

Abstract:Simulate the catalytic reaction distillation process to produce methyl acetate by using Aspen Plus software. Investigate the effect of the operating pressure,the feed-point location of acetic acid,reflux ratio and the acetic acid /methanol feeding ratio on the purity of methyl acetate at the top of the reaction distillation tower. The optimum operating conditions for the reaction distillation tower are obtained as follow:operating pressure of 1 atm,acetic acid fed at the fifth tray,reflux ratio of 1.9,methyl acetate/methanol feeding ratio of 1.6. On the basis of simulation calculation,the preliminary discussion is made on the technical key points for the industrialization unit design.
