摘    要:依据复合材料损伤理论和高分子材料老化理论,提出了纤维增强橡胶基密封材料的老化损伤概念,以老化损伤因子表征热氧老化对该密封材料的老化劣化特性。建立了老化损伤模型,通过试验研究,得到了老化损伤因子与老化温度和老化时间的关系式。研究结果表明:老化温度相同时,随着老化时间的延长,材料老化损伤因子增大,即材料劣化程度加剧;老化时间相同时,随着老化温度的升高,材料老化损伤因子增大,即材料劣化程度加剧。

Abstract:On the basis of damage theory of composite,the conception of aging damage of fiber reinforced rubber sealing material was put forward.The aging damage factor was used to reflect deterioration of aging sealing material.The aging damage model was established,and the expression of aging damage factor against aging time and aging temperature was obtained by experiment.The study result indicates that material aging damage factor increases with the increase of aging time when aging temperature remains invariable,and material aging damage factor increases with the elevation of aging temperature when aging time is constant.The increase of material aging damage factor means the aggravation of the impairment grade of this sealing material.
