| 摘 要： | 阐述海洋石油工业国产化工作中执行标准化的重要意义,指明国产化过程中执行标准化工作的实质内容。标准化是国产化工作质量的保证,是推行国产化取得成功并产生效益的一个必要条件。实践证明,国产化过程中,非标准作业对企业的经济利益和市场信誉有很大的危害。
