大肠癌肝转移机制及诊治进展

近年来随着人们生活水平的普遍提高,大肠癌的发病率在我国乃至全球范围内都有明显上升的趋势.在西方国家,大肠癌是癌症死亡的第二位原因,大约有1/4的大肠癌患者在确诊时发现已存在肝脏转移灶,而肝转移是晚期大肠癌患者的最主要死因.对大肠癌肝转移机制的研究,可能为临床诊治及提高患者生活质量,延长生存期提供新的线索.

Mechanism of Colorectal Liver Metastasis and Progresses in Diagnosis and Treatment

With the universal improving of our living status, the incidence of colorectal cancer in our country as well as in the whole world is leaping.In western countries, colorectal cancer is the second most important cause for cancer death, approximately a quarter of patients with colorectal cancer have liver metastasis when being diagnosed,while liver metastasis is the main reason for the death of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. To study the mechanism of colorectal liver metastasis, we may find better way to diagnose and cure this disease along with improve patients' living quality and survival perioid.
