低本底α/β测量仪本底及其波动对测量结果影响研究

为更加准确地评价低本底α/β测量仪的测量结果,对低本底α/β测量仪的本底数据进行了假设统计检验,研究了本底及其波动对测量结果的影响。结果表明:对于低水平样品的测量,本底及其波动对测量结果的影响较为显著。通过增加样品量、延长测量时间等手段可有效降低本底计数误差对结果的影响。本底及其波动对测量结果的影响会在结果的不确定度(或计数统计误差)中予以体现。

Study on the Influence of Background and its Fluctuation of Low Background of Alpha and Beta Measuring Instrument on the Measurement Results

In order to evaluate the measurement results more accurately, the statistical analysis of a set of alpha and beta background data and the influence of background and its fluctuation on the measurement results was studied in this paper.The results indicated that, for the measurement of low radioactivity level samples, the influence of background and its fluctuation were significantly.By increasing the amount of sample and extending the measuring time, the influence of the background count error on the results could be effectively reduced.The influence of the fluctuation of background could be given in the uncertainty of the measurement results (or counting error).
