| 摘 要： | 目的：分析检测血液中癌胚抗原CEA mRNA、缓解率的变化，评价抗癌中药注射液对肺癌的疗效。方法：以肺癌（40例实验组、40例对照组）为对象，应用半巢式-聚合酶链反应技术检测患者注射抗癌中药前后血CEAmRNA水平、CR＋PR＋SD率。结果：治疗后，实验组CEAmRNA阳性结果为22.5％（9例），低于对照组的45％（18例）（B〈0.05）；CR＋PR＋SD率上升达80.0％（P〈0.05）。结论：抗癌中药可有效治疗肺癌，CEAmRNA阳性例数减少，提高了临床有效率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect both the gene CEA mRNA and the remission rate of Chinese herbs in lung cancer. Methods: Both the experiment group and the control included 40 cases. CEA mRNA gene analysis was performed by semi-nested-polymerase chain reaction before and after treatment.The remission rate was observed. Results:The CEA mRNA positive rate 22.5%(9 cases) of the experimental group was lower than the control one's 45%(18 cases)(P<0.05).The CR PR SD rate of the experimental group increased to 80.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbs have some effects on lung cancer because the level CEA mRNA gene reduce after treatment. CR PR rate and clinical benefit respones. |
