低舒张压的收缩期高血压中医证型与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

目的探讨低舒张压的收缩期高血压患者中医证型与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性。方法将132例低舒张压的收缩期高血压（SBP〉140 mmHg,DBP〈70 mmHg）患者辨证分型,分为血瘀证、痰浊证、气虚证、阴虚证、阳虚证。所有患者均行颈动脉超声检查。常规检查颈动脉血管内-中膜厚度及粥样斑块并进行评分。结果血瘀证和痰浊证组颈动脉病变程度显著高于其他证型（P〈0.05）。结论血瘀证及痰浊证是低舒张压收缩期高血压的多发证型;低舒张压收缩期高血压可作为心脑血管病预后提示之一。血瘀证和痰浊证是低舒张压收缩期高血压的危险证型。

Relationship between Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Low Diastolic Blood Pressure Systolic Hypertension

Objective To study the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome type and carotid atherosclerosis in low diastolic blood pressure systolic hypertension.Methods Based on TCM syndrome type,one hundred and thirty-two patients（pts） with systolic hypertension（systolic blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure less than 70 mmHg） were divided into blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-turbidity syndrome,qi-deficiency syndrome,yin-deficiency syndrome,yang-deficiency syndrome.The carotid ultrasound examination was performed.The thickness of carotid intima-media layer of common carotid artery and atheromatous plaques were measured.Results The severity of carotid atherosclerosis in blood stasis syndrome and phlegm turbidity was significantly higher than that in yin-deficiency syndrome,yang-deficiency syndrome,qi-deficiency syndrome（P0.05）.Conclusion Blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-turbidity syndrome were the main syndrome type in lower diastolic blood pressure systolic hypertension.
