| Abstract: | The article give a brief introduction of the natural geography condition the characteristic of flood disaster and the actuality of flood control projects in Kaiping, along with the fundamental principle and design of flood control planning, and propose the project scheme of "store water in the upper reaches of the river flood control in the middle reaches drain in the lower reaches" in comprehensive treatment and the measure in solving the flood control problem. |
