摘    要: 针对邯郸矿业集团各矿“三下”压煤量大、煤炭资源采出率低的现状,在陶一矿进行了超高水材料充填开采技术研究与试验。在该技术中,选用超高水材料构筑采空区充填体,发明了与该材料性能配套的充填方法,并研制了大流量制浆充填工艺系统。结果表明:应用该技术可以有效地控制采空区上覆岩层的活动和地表的沉陷,解放“三下”压煤,延长矿井服务年限,产生极大的经济和社会效益。

Experimental research on superhigh-water material backfill mining in Tao-one Coal Mine
Abstract:Based on the situation of that too much coal of Handan Mining Group is under buildings, railways and water so that the coal resources mining rate is very low, research on the superhigh-water material backfill mining technology was carried out and tested in Tao-one Coal Mine. In this technology, Superhigh-water material is used to construct filling body, filling methods matched with this material are invented and big flow slurry-making process system is developed. The results show that: Through the use of this technology,overlying strata movement and surface subsidence can be controlled effectively, coal under buildings, railways and water can be liberated, the service life of coal mine can be prolonged and great economic and social benefits will be produced.
