| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种采煤机行走轮的新型结构,针对传统采煤机行走部导向滑靴采用滑动接触磨损严重,提出了一种将导向滑靴的滑动接触改为滚动接触,将其支撑功能转移到行走轮上的新型结构,解决了以往导向滑靴耐磨板更换频繁、行走轮易断齿等问题。

| Abstract: | The text introduces a new structure of shearer travel wheel,focusing on problem of serious wear abrasion of guide skid shoe by sliding contact,advances a new pattern structure of shearer travel wheel which changes sliding contact with rolling contact and transfers support device to travel wheel,sloves problem of replacing wearing of guide skid shoe frequently and gear breaking of travel wheel. |
