摘    要:为了充分利用反击锤式破碎机工作过程中的破碎能,以理论力学为基础,建立了物料运动的轨迹方程,确定了影响物料运动轨迹曲线的基本参数,并运用Matlab软件进行仿真分析,通过对物料运动轨迹的分析,确定影响反击板形状的主要因素,并对折线形反击板进行了优化设计。优化后的反击板能够充分利用破碎能,而且便于更换,减少了维护成本。
