摘    要:食品安全是关系到国计民生及社会稳定的大事。食品行业近年来几乎成了质量问题的重灾区。涉及食品安全的众多因素中,生物源性因素所占比重较大、危害严重。建议构建生物源性食品安全的保障体系,从制度与标准等方面入手,全力保证食品安全。

Abstract:Food Safety is matters vital to national well-being and social stability. Food service industry seems to have become heavy disaster area of quality is- sues in recent years.Food safety involves many factors, biological orign factor accounts for a strikingly high pro- portion, great danger. The thesis analyzes briefly cur- rent biological origu food safety, provides some sugges- tions for constructing the guarantee system of food safety, guarantees food Safety in terms of system and standard.
