摘    要:研究和发酵条件对植物乳杆菌Lp-2高密度增殖的影响。经过对缓冲盐法和化学中和法对比,确定了植物乳杆菌高密度增殖发酵最佳方法为化学中和法并对其进行了详尽地研究。最后,进行了培养工艺的放大。试验表明,在32℃、100r/min的培养条件下在3t发酵罐培养9.6h,所得菌体的最大产量为9.3×109cfu/mL。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of fermentation condition on the high cell density culture of Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-2.Then the method of the high cell density culture was determined between phosphate buffer and flowing-alkaline.The method of flowing-alkaline was explored thoroughly and in details.At last,the large-scale culture technology and the scale up of Lp-2 culture process were studied.The maximum yields of Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-2 can be obtained at the speed of 100 r/min,temperature at 32℃ for 9.6h in a 3 t fermentor.The maximum yields of Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-2 was 9.3×109cfu/mL.The result showed that our culture optimization was effective,feasible,and could be scaled to high volume manufacturing.
