我国科技期刊集群化建设路径探讨

通过总结归纳和以有代表性的典型做法为案例,梳理我国科技期刊运营模式利弊得失,进而探讨我国科技期刊集群化建设路径,为我国科技期刊创建更多高水平国际期刊提供参考。科技期刊集群化建设要顺应信息时代发展规律,通过结构调整与转型,努力构建新时代期刊“航空母舰”集群化平台,融合新媒体发展,运用互联网+思维指导集群化建设,做大做强做精,合并同类期刊,适度扩大期刊数量,以提升国际影响力及竞争力。我国科技期刊集群化建设的着力点应该放在打造自身品牌、追求规模效应、增强综合实力、注重人才培养、构建网络平台、加强国际合作交流等方面,对集群化建设实行提档升级,以便于更好地服务于科技强国建设。

Exploration of cluster construction for Chinese scientific journals

This study aims to explore the development strategy for the construction of Chinese scientific journal clusters to provide references for the establishment of more high-level international periodicals. Based on the analysis of construction mode and development strategy of scientific journal clustering, and the representative excellent scientific journals, this paper examines how to improve the level of cluster construction of scientific journals. Science and technology journals can adopt measures such as seeking national and industrial policy support, expanding the scale of the magazine, optimizing content and form, carrying out international cooperation, and upgrading the cluster construction. The specific focus of the cluster construction of Chinese scientific journals should be on building its own brand, pursuing scale effect, enhancing comprehensive strength, emphasizing personnel training, building network platform and strengthening international cooperation and exchanges, so as to upgrade the cluster construction and better serve the construction of a strong scientific and technological country.
