基于时空调制的频率可重构非互易性滤波器

摘    要:针对现有的非互易性器件均依赖于磁性材料来打破时间反演对称性,存在体积笨重、成本高、无法与集成电路加工工艺兼容和难以实现集成化等问题,提出采用时空调制的方法来打破时间反演对称性,实现电磁波的非互易性传输,设计实现无需磁性材料偏置的可集成化的非互易性滤波器。通过控制该滤波器内各调制谐振器所加载的直流偏置电压,可以实现工作频率的可重构特性。所设计的非互易性滤波器集成了滤波器和隔离器的响应,能够在紧凑的平面结构内实现对带内有用信号的高效定向传输,同时抑制带外杂散信号的干扰,展现了全新的电磁波传输特性。

Abstract:Nonreciprocal components are exclusively achieved today through magnetic materials to break time-reversal symmetry.These components suffer from the drawbacks inherent to ferrite media,namely bulkiness,high cost,incompatibility with integrated circuit fabrication processes,difficulty in circuit integration.With regard to the issues associated with the nonreciprocal components,the aim of this paper is to break time-reversal symmetry,achieve nonreciprocal electromagnetic wave propagation and realize magnetic-free integrated nonreciprocal filter based on spatiotemporal modulation.Frequency reconfigurability can be achieved by controlling the DC voltages loaded to the time-modulated resonators.The proposed nonreciprocal filter integrates the property of filter and oscillator,which permits the directional propagation of in-band signals and suppresses out-band interference,showing exotic functionality.
