七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗非特异性肋软骨炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨观察七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗非特异性肋软骨炎的疗效.方法 将100例非特异性肋软骨炎患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）.治疗组采用七叶皂苷钠搽剂,外搽患处,4次/d;对照组采用布洛芬乳膏剂,外搽患处,4次/d,观察两组的总有效率.结果七叶皂苷钠搽剂组总有效率（痊愈＋有效）为96%,布洛芬乳膏剂组总有效率（痊愈＋有效）为82%,七叶皂苷钠搽剂组总有效率优于布洛芬乳膏剂组,P〈0.05.结论七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗非特异性肋软骨炎总有效率优于布洛芬乳膏剂,且无任何不良反应,安全、有效,值得临床推使用.

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of Aescine Sodium Liniment in the Treatment of Non-specific Costal Chondritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Aescine Sodium Liniment in the treatment of non-specific costal chondritis. Methods 100 cases of non-specific costal chondritis were randomly divided into the treatment group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）. The treatment group received Aescine Sodium Liniment, applied to the affected part, 4 times a day, and the control group used Ibuprofen Cream,applied to the affected part, 4 times a day. The total effective rates of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate （cure and valid） of Aescine Sodium Liniment group was 96%, better than that of Ibuprofen Cream group （82%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total effective rate of Aescine Sodium Liniment for non-specific costal chondritis is better than that of Ibuprofen Cream without any adverse reactions, and safe, effective, which is worthy of clinical application.
