摘    要:介绍了以丙烯腈、发烟硫酸、异丁烯为原料,一步反应生产2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)的中试研究.该工艺主要由合成、精制、溶剂回收三个单元组成,其中原料投料摩尔比为丙烯腈∶发烟硫酸∶异丁烯=7∶1∶1,加酸反应温度10℃,时间3h;通入异丁烯反应温度40 ℃,时间2.5 h.粗产品收率不低于90%,精制收率不低于65%,精制后可得质量分数大于99%的AMPS产品.

Abstract:Introduces the pilot research of 2-aerylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) production by one- step reaction t'rom aerylonitrile, oleum and isobutylene. The process includes three units, synthesis, purification and solutions recovery. The mole ratio of acrylontfile, oleum and isobutylene is 7:1:1. The temperature of adding acid is 10 ℃, reacting for 3 hours; the temperature of adding isnbutylene is 40 ℃, and reacting for 2.5 hours. The yield of raw product is not less than 90%, the yield of purification is not less than 65%, and the mass fraction of AMPS after purification is greater than 99%.
