腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术的临床观察

目的 对腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中运用的效果进行观察.方法 随机将400例择期剖宫产孕产妇划分成A、B两组,A组运用腰硬联合麻醉,B组采用单纯硬膜外麻醉.认真观察A、B组的产妇对麻醉起效的时间、对于刚出生婴儿在出生之后1 min Apgar评分、在麻醉之前和之后的血压心率规律以及在麻醉当中有何不良反应.结果 A组与B组相比较麻醉的生效时间较快、麻醉效果较好以及不良反应较少,两组相比有明显的不同.结论 腰硬联合麻醉在起效时间、止痛、肌松方面都较为完善,对产妇和婴儿的安全性以及有效性较高,不良反应比较少,很适合在临床中加以推广运用.

Clinical observation of lumbar epidural anesthesia in cesarean section

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lumbar epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Two hundred cases of elective caesarean section maternal were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A were given lumbar epidural anesthesia while patients in group B were given epidural anesthesia. The parturients＇ anesthesia effective time, 1 minute Apgar score of newborn babies, blood pressure and heart rate in before and after anesthetized and adverse reactions to anesthesia in both groups were carefully observed. Results Group A com pared with group B of anesthesia effect time faster, the anesthesia effect was better, and tess adverse reaction, compared two groups had significant differences. Conclusion Lumbar epidural anesthesia is better in effective time, analgesic effects and muscle relaxant effects with higher safety and efficacy and lower adverse reactions to parturients and infants. It is worthy of clinical application.
