术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的中西医结合治疗体会

摘    要:目的探讨术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取本院2010年11月~2012年11月术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者69例,随机分为两组,采用常规西医治疗的35例患者为对照组,采用中西医结合治疗的34例患者为观察组,分析临床疗效。结果观察组住院时间(9.5±2.7)d]明显少于对照组(13.4±2.9)d]。治疗7d时,观察组总有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(88.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗是术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的有效治疗方法,可明显改善患者临床病症,缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率,临床疗效显著。

Treatment experience of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods Sixty-nine cases of patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction were selected in hospital from November 2010 to November 2012 who were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients used conventional western medicine treatment as control group, 34 patients used integrated Chinese and Western medicines treatment as observation group. Clinical effect was analyzed. Results Hospitalization time in observation group (9.5±2.7) d] was significantly less than that of control group (13.4±2.9) d]. After treatment of 7 d, the total effective rate in observation group (100.0%) was significantly higher than that of control group (88.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Chinese and western medicine treatment is an effective treatment method for early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction, which can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients. That can shorten treatment time and improve cure rate, which has obvious clinical effect.
