银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性

目的探索银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将108例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予西医常规治疗加银杏叶注射液静脉滴注治疗2周，对照组予西医常规治疗加生脉注射液静脉滴注治疗2周。结果使用西药常规治疗和银杏叶注射液的治疗组在治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果上要显著优于使用西药常规治疗加生脉注射液的对照组。并且两组在治疗过程中都无不良反应发生。结论银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著，且未出现不良反应，值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical curative effect and safety of Ginkgo leaf injection treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Ginkgo leaf injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and eight cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was given routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Ginkgo leaf injection intravenous infusion therapy for 2 weeks, the patients in the control group received routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Shengmai injection intravenous drip for 2 weeks. Results The use of conventional treatment of Western medicine and the treatment group of Ginkgo leaf injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina peetoris clinical effect was superior to the use of conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Shengmai injection control group. And the two group during treatment were without adverse reaction. Conclusion The effect of Ginkgo leaf injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris effect, and no adverse reaction, it is in clinical use.
