7例扩张型心肌病患者植入心脏再同步除颤器护理体会

目的 探讨扩张型心肌病患者行心脏再同步除颤器（CRT-D）植入术的护理方法和效果.方法 通过回顾性分析本院7例接受心脏再同步除颤器患者的临床资料,总结此类患者的护理方法和效果.结果 7例患者经细心的术前、术中、术后护理及健康教育,保证了手术顺利进行,患者心功能得到改善,术后无并发症发生.结论 良好的护理是行CRT-D植入术患者手术成功的重要保证.

Nursing experiences of 7 dilated cardiomyopathy patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator

Objective To discus the nursing methods and effect of the dilated cardiomyopathy patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator （CRT-D）. Methods the nursing methods and effect was summed by analyzed the clinical materials of seven dilated cardiomyopathy patients with CRT-D. Results Through careful nursing before, dur- ing and after the operation and health education, seven dilated cardiomyopathy patients were implanted CRT-D suc- cessfully. Their cardiac functions had improved. There were not compliments after operation. Conclusion Good nursing methods is an important guarantee for the implantation of CRT-D.
