P57~(Kip2)及Ki67抗原在水泡状胎块及水肿性流产中的表达特点及意义

目的:探讨P57Kip2及Ki67抗原在水泡状胎块(HM)及水肿性流产(HA)中的表达特点及意义。方法:回顾性搜集HM及HA病例共182例,应用免疫组织化学(免疫组化)染色方法检测P57Kip2及Ki67抗原表达情况,并对病理诊断结果进行重新评估。结果:P57Kip2在完全性水泡状胎块(CHM)中呈阴性表达,ki67高水平表达;P57Kip2在部分性水泡状胎块(PHM)及HA病例中呈阳性表达,Ki67在PHM中以中、高等水平表达,在HA病例中低水平表达;Ki67在PHM与HA病例两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:P57Kip2及Ki67蛋白可作为HM诊断与分型的一种有效参考指标。

Expressions of P57Kip2 and Ki67 antigen in the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole and hytrophic abortus

Objective:To study the expressions of P57Kip2 and Ki67 antigen in hydatidiform moles and hytrophic abortus and their effects on differential diagnosis.Methods:182 cases of hydatidiform moles and hytrophic abortus of fomalin-fixed tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemistry using nonocolonal antibody against P57Kip2 and Ki67 antigen.Results:Nuclear P57Kip2 protein were not expressed in complete hydatidiform moles cases,whereas,nuclear Ki67 antigen was strongly expressed.Nuclear P57Kip2 protein were expressed in both partial hydatidiform moles cases and hytrophic abortus cases,whereas,much higher expression rate of Ki67 was showed in the former(P<0.01).Conclusion:The immunohistochemical analysis for P57Kip2 and Ki67 antigen expression can be a easy and useful tool for the differential diagnosis between complete hydatidiform moles and partial hydatidiform moles and hytrophic abortus.
