闭合复位与前方小切口复位内固定治疗股骨颈骨折Garden Ⅲ、Ⅳ型效果分析

目的探讨闭合复位和前方小切口复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法根据手术适应证．采用闭合复位与前方小切口切开复位，予以空心钉内固定。结果术后随访12-36个月，平均21个月，按Harris评分标准行功能评定两组患者优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论闭合复位和前方小切151切开复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折，掌握好手术适应证，都能取得显著的临床效果。

Effect analysis of closed reduction, reduction and internal fixation through anterior small incision for femoral neck fracture of Garden HI and IV type

Objective To investigate the curative effect of closed reduction, reduction and internal fixation by cannulat- ed screw through anterior small incision for femoral neck fracture. Methods Closed reduction, open reduction through anterior small incision and internal fixation by cannulated screw were performed, according to the surgical indication. Results After postoperative follow up of 12 to 36 months （mean 21 months）, extremity function were evaluated and no statistic differences between effect excellent rates of both groups were found （P 〉 0.05）, according to the Harris Standard for Grading. Conclusion For femoral neck fracture, closed reduction, open reduction through anterior small incision and internal fixation by cannulated screw can obtain significant clinical effect according to correct surgical indication.
