摘    要:介绍了大比例气煤配煤炼焦技术研究和应用情况.实验室模拟常规炼焦煤破碎工艺条件试验表明,当配煤炼焦满足一定的工艺技术指标时,气煤单独炼焦所得焦炭的同性结构和惰性结构在配煤炼焦时会不同程度减少.在6m焦炉开展的大比例气煤配煤试生产攻关结果表明,合理提高气煤的配比至10%、16%、20%,焦炭质量能满足大高炉要求,其中热强度可达到64.4%以上,转鼓强度(M40)可达到87%以上,不仅可以降低焦炭灰分,而且还可以降低配煤成本,从而提高企业经济效益.

Abstract:The research and application of coke making technique of increasing proportion of gas coal in coal mixture were introduced. Simulation experiment of coking coal being smashed in laboratory showed that when technological indexes of the mixture of gas coal and other varieties of coal met the requirement on coke making process, compared with coke made merely by gas coal, isotropic structure and inertia structure of the coke made by coal mixture decreased to some degrees. Trial production by applying the coke-making technique of increasing proportion of gas coal in coal mixture showed that when the proportion of gas coal in the mixture was increased gradually from 10% to 16% and finally 20%, quality of the coke met the requirement of blast furnace. Of all parameters, the heat intensity (CSR) exceeded 64.4% and the tumbling strength 87%. It turned out that coke-making technique of increasing proportion of coke-making coal in coal mixture could not only decrease ash of coke but also reduce the cost of coke making, thus improve economical efficiency of the company.
