摘    要:建立了叶片偏心设置旋叶式压缩机的数学模型,并利用编程手段对其进行了动力分析;从降低轴功率和提高机械效率两个目标优化着手,提出了影响上述两个目标的6个结构参数,并建立结构参数优化方案。在旋叶式压缩机设计优化领域具有工程应用价值。

Abstract:This paper studies the rotary vane compressor of eccentric vane tip, mathematical model is established for the rotary vane compressor and dynamical analysis is carried on by computer program; Optimal method is established of the model through two objective of reducing the bear power and improving the mechanical efficiency, 6 parameters is nominated which influence the two optimal objective. This optimal method has application value in the field of the rotary vane compressor.
